Slipstream is a retro arcade racing game created by andor studio, inspired by classics such as Outrun and Lotus. Thanks to a successful Kickstarter campaign, the game was released on PC in 2016. Gameplay In Slipstream, we play the role of a driver who takes part in races and tries to complete the designated routes in the shortest possible time. There are 20 of them available, each with a unique style. We have, among others, desert areas, the city center or coastal roads at sunset. We overcome them with one of the five available car models, differing not only in appearance, but also in specification. Game modes The game has six variants of the game in single player mode. Grand Tour - in which the combined routes are driven on time, while racing against the opponents you meet; Cannonball - free ride mode with the ability to choose the route, the number of enemies and vehicles appearing on the road; classic single race mode; time challenge; at the end are Battle Royale and Grand Prix, where we fight for four gold cups. Slipstream also features local multiplayer for up to four players with four modes available - Cannonball, Battle Royale, Grand Prix and Singles. Features Authentic pseudo-3D game engine with 2D graphics, just like the glory days of the arcade racers. 20 Different tracks, set on a variety of exotic locations all around the world... and beyond. 3 Game modes: Arcade Mode, a road trip through exotic landscapes, with branching paths and rivals to race against. Quick Race, a single race in any of the game's tracks. Grand Prix, a championship mode with five races back to back and money prizes used to upgrade your car! 5 Car models, each with its own specs and playstyle. Original soundtrack with 9 exclusive songs. A variety of graphical options to customize the game's visuals, including 30fps mode, CRT and NTSC filters.
