Instructions Operating Instructions: Before first use, perform a burn-in process by gently heating the Kamado to 100-150°C for about 1 hour. Repeat this process three times. Regularly lubricate the upper daisy wheel (upper air control) with vegetable oil. Follow proper fire-starting procedures using firelighters and charcoal. Avoid using liquid kindling products.
