TYGRIS BE-100 Rope Lubricant 00 is a biodegradable semi-fluid, solvent free wire rope lubricant designed to meet the lubrication and corrosion prevention requirements of wire ropes working under all conditions. Typical application areas are dockside cranes, draglines. Benefits: Biodegradable environmentally acceptable. Excellent protection internally and externally extending rope service life. Molybdenum disulphide reduces wear between strands. Water repellent properties for extended service intervals. Thin film eliminates fling off. Does not attract dirt. Clean to handle. Extensive covering power for economy of use Consult the safety data sheet prior to use - suitable Personal Protection Equipment should be worn. Apply sparingly to clean ropes 1kg is sufficient for 40 to 50 metres of 25mm diameter rope. Capillary action will ensure penetration to ropes core when in use. Use straight from the container, even in cold weather. If it is not possible to clean rope of previous lubricant, apply clean lubricant on top of previous to soften it, work for one week, then make a further application. TYGRIS Silicone Oil is a release agent used purely or as a part of a compounded formula. TB7805 Silicone Oil provides a non-toxic, non-carbonising mould release for rubber, plastics and metal die-castings, Anti-foam agent. Very small quantities of the fluid are very effective as a foam control agent especially in non aqueous systems. The very high viscosity-index, the thermal and chemical stability, shear-breakdown resistance and the rubber compatibility as well as the compressibility make this fluid outstanding for mechanical and hydraulic uses.The fluid provides excellent lubricating properties for most plastic and elastomeric surfaces.
