LSA Glass Cask Whisky Connoisseur Set
A collection of contemporary mouth blown whisky drinkware. The tumbler has a cube-shaped impression in the heavy base, reminiscent of a large ice cube, to complement the geometric design of the decanters. Winner of the prestigious GOOD DESIGN Award in 2021.
The tumbler is mouth blown by skilled glassblowers to create a cylindrical shape with heavy base. The cube-shaped impression in the base of the glass is achieved by blowing the clear glass gather into a specially crafted metal mould. The rims are fire polished to achieve a smooth finish. The decanter is mouth blown by skilled glassblowers into metal moulds to create the geometric silhouette, square in cross section. The stopper is ground to fit each individual decanter. The wood is sourced from sustainably-managed European forests and certified by the Forest Stewardship Council. The wood is inlaid by hand with a veneer made from cork, a natural material which is 100% biodegradable, recyclable and renewable based on a sustainable cycle.
Handwash in warm soapy water and dry with a soft cloth.
