How To Use
CNP think it works best if you mix four scoops (100g) with 568ml (one pint) of cold water per serving but you can also mix two scoops (50g) of Pro Mass with 568ml (one pint) of skimmed milk if you prefer, it lasts longer that way, but make sure you check out the nutrition panel to be sure this meets your calorie needs.
