UTP WEARCORE DUR 58 TIC-O, formerly SK 258 TIC-O Hardfacing MIG Wire, is a martensitic chromium-titanium alloy wire designed to provide superior wear and impact resistance in demanding applications. It is ideal for use on parts that are subject to high levels of abrasion and impact, such as crusher rollers, hammers, asphalt mixer blades, agricultural tools, shovel bucket teeth and lips, bulldozer blades, cane knives and shredders, and bed knives in the wood pulp industry.
UTP WEARCORE DUR 58 TIC-O produces deposits with a high hardness (up to 65 HRC) and excellent toughness. It is also crack resistant and has a low coefficient of friction, making it ideal for applications where wear and tear are a major concern.
UTP WEARCORE DUR 58 TIC-O is a flux-cored wire, which means that it contains its own fluxing agent. This makes it easy to weld and produces high-quality welds with minimal spatter.
