An important element of the game is the moral aspect of the work of an undercover detective, strongly inspired by Splinter Cell: Double Agent. Inspirations by countless American and Asian action films are also visible in the restyled, expressive setting of the production. The game captures the atmosphere of the East Asian metropolis well. Even its original version looked quite impressive, while the Definitive Edition introduced a lot of graphical improvements, including hero faces, particle effects, environment draw range and increasing the number of destructible objects. Some changes also took place in the gameplay itself - for example, the difficulty level of challenges that previously turned out to be too easy or too difficult has been rebalanced. The Definitve Edition includes all 24 add-ons that were previously released for the version designed for the seventh generation hardware platforms.
