Signature #5 - 140g Claus Henriksen - Peach with Bronze fennel A unique sweet and anis-like tasting experience. In collaboration with one of Denmarks best Michelin chefs, Claus Henriksen, we have developed a new winegum in our Signature™-line. Signature™ is a unique tasting experience made in collaboration with the best chefs, with the purpose to give you the best possible experience. The profits from sales of Signature™ goes to charity of the chefs choice. The flavour combinations resulting from the work with Claus Henriksen is a peach with bronze fennel winegum, and the profits from the sales goes to BØRNS VILKÅR (Children's conditions), more specifically BørneTelefonen (children's phone). Claus Henriksen has a love for peaches which are grown around Dragsholm Castle at the northwestern part of Sealand. In addition to the peaches, Claus has coated the winegums in Bronze fennel that also grows around the castle, giving the winegums a subtle pleasent anis flavour that lasts for a while after the peach has warn of. Claus has chosen to support the "Childrens phone" as as the charity cause supported in this project. The Childrens phone receives up to 100.000 calls per year from children seeking support, assistance, and being listened to in dire conditions.
