Independence Blended Irish Whiskey (Previously known as Proclamation Blended Irish Whiskey) With their Blended Irish Whiskey, the distillery aims to honour both the history and the people behind the birth of the Proclamation (the document which proclaimed the establishment of the Irish Republic in 1916). As a triple distilled whiskey, it pays tribute to the three printers of the Proclamation, William O’Brien, Michael Molloy and Christopher Joseph Brady. After this process it is aged in new American Oak - which ensures a singularly smooth whiskey with a clean taste.
