By blending the essential oils from the flowers, fruits and herbs that Fever-Tree have gathered from around the Mediterranean shores with highest-quality quinine from the 'fever trees' of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, they have created a delicate, floral tonic water. Fever-Tree use less quinine in their Mediterranean Tonic which, with the addition of rosemary and lemon thyme, produces a much lighter, more fragrant tonic. This makes it a great option for those less keen on the bitterness that quinine provides to tonics. However, it also works well with citrus gin too, and we think it works particularly well with the Malfy Gins. To serve, in a large glass filled with ice, mix 50ml of gin with 150/200ml of tonic (depending how strong you like your g&t!). Garnish with a slice of lemon.
