Three Cents Cherry Soda Harking back to the 1930's, this Cherry Soda was inspired by the soda fountains of that era. Using high quality carbonated spring water, combined with aromatic notes from almonda, as well as the floral and fruity notes of wild cherry, Three Cents have combined these with sweet, ripened flvours of the wild cherry. It's also a great alternative mixer for your favourite spirit, giving it a new edge and taste sensation. A great cocktail for this soda is the Cherry Tai. In a tall glass filled with ice, add 40ml of Captain Morgan Dark Rum, 10ml of Triple Sec, and 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters. Mix well, and top-up with the soda. Garnish with 3 or 4 Luxardo Maraschino Cherries on a cocktail stick and a mint sprig. Cheers!
