The unaged Overproof White Rum packs a punch at 58% abv. After trying a few different strengths, Judith and Martijn agreed that at 58% it opened up the rum just enough and still allowed the favour profile to come through in both aroma and taste. It has a strong, fruity flavour from red fruits and raisins and a creaminess from butter. The intense flavour profile is captured during a slow fermentation process, allowing you to enjoy the powerful fruity and funky notes. De eerste batch Rummieclub Barrel Aged Rum is aangekomen bij Gin Fling en is een gemakkelijke maar nog steeds erg rummy rum met een abv van 45%. Om deze heerlijke blend te bouwen, gebruikt de Rummieclub 1 tot 1,5 jaar oude rummieclub vaten van 100 en 50 liter ex-bourbonvaten. De zorgvuldig geselecteerde vaten zijn gekozen om de perfecte balans te geven tussen de smaken van het vat en van de rum zelf, zonder extra toevoegingen.
