Mozart White Chocolate Liqueur For over 60 years, the Mozart Distillerie has been producing quality drinks in Salzburg, Austria. They utilise the best ingredients they can source. All the liqueurs use cocoa (from West Africa), Sugar Beet (from which they create a base spirit, and also to add sweetness), and Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar. They then add a slightly different blend of ingredients. For their white chocolate vanilla cream, the vanilla plays a key role, joined by rich cocoa butter. The result is a liqueur with a light almost milky sensation in the mouth. The vanilla joins with caramel flavours, and the rich cocoa butter gives a delicious silkiness to the drink - all joined by delicious white chocolate. Heat 100ml of milk and 30ml of Caramel syrup. Pour into a double-walled glass or mug suitable for serving hot drinks. Add 50ml of Mozart White Chocolate Liqueur and stir gently. For a decadent treat, garnish the top with whipped cream and a springling of salted caramel.
