A true silver Tequila, Cuervo Silver is smooth, and brings out the tones of agave, caramel and fresh herbs in its flavour. Interesting fact: Real Tequila's are made from Blue Agave, and only the Agave Azul Tequilana Weber variety. Commonly mistaken for a cactus, it’s actually a part of the lily (amaryllis) family. In a blender, add a glass full of ice, 60ml of tequila, 30ml of fresh lime juice, 30ml of orange liqueur, and 30 - 60ml of agave (or sugar) syrup (Depending on how sweet you like your drink). Blend until blended, but not for too long. Salt the rim of your chosen glass and pour in the frozen margarita. Garnish with a wedge of lime.
