Scots Pine Bio Essential Oil Essential Oil EOBD (Botanically and Biochemically Defined Essential Oil) of organic Scots pine, Pinus sylvestris. Food supplement indicated for its balsamic effect. Scots pine essential oil is a powerful respiratory antiseptic, active against bronchitis. Invigorating and stimulating, it is decongestant (lymphatic system and utero-ovarian sphere) and cortison-like (it exerts an action similar to that of cortisone). On the skin the Scots pine essential oil must essere always diluted. 5ml format HOW TO USE Take a maximum of 2 drops 3 times a day (equivalent to 0.19 ml) on a neutral tablet Puressentiel (or 1 teaspoon honey, olive oil, or 1/4 cup sugar). Do not use pure without support, nor mix with water. Equivalence 1ml = 31 drops. Respiratory allergy In the morning and at noon, put 3 drops of pure Scots pine essential oil on the lower back, at the level of the kidneys, adrenal glands, chest and solar plexus. Air purification in winter Diffuse a few drops of Scots pine essential oil ten minutes per hour. Cold shot 5 drops of Scots pine essential oil, 5 drops of ravintsara essential oil. Mix the two essential oils in a spoonful of powdered milk or a neutral bath base. Pour into a warm bath (no more than 37°C) and soak for a quarter of an hour. Decongestation of the ENT sphere Use 3 drops of Scots pine essential oil, for moist inhalation, in a bowl of warm, not boiling water. Cover your head with a towel and breathe in the aromatic vapors.
