This is a useful 'maintenance' level supplement that is suitable for those 13 years and upwards, and makes a good long term supplement for teenagers. It provides a useful amount of iron, a mineral that is particularly important for young women, especially if they are eating little red meat. This product provides an affordable way to ensure that the intake of key micronutrients will reach the recommended daily intake.
