This supplied air respirator assembly, when used with approved breathing tube and headgear, can help regulate the flow and temperature of supplied air system. Heats the air up to 50°F (28°C). Includes the heating tube, waist belt and holder. 3M Versaflo V-200 Supplied Air Heater/Regulator 3M supplied air respirators require a source of clean breathing air such as plant air systems or bottled air. This clean, breathable air can be delivered to hoods, helmets, full facepieces, half facepieces and loose-fitting facepieces. Supplied air respirators offer many features over traditional respiratory protection, such as cooling or heating incoming air; fit testing only required for tight-fitting facepieces; and low maintenance. Complete systems include a supplied air hose, an air regulating valve, a breathing tube, and a helmet, hood, or other facepiece. 3M Versaflo Intrinsically Safe Battery for use with 3M Versaflo Powered Air Turbo TR-800

3M™ Versaflo™ Battery TR-830 is our lithium-ion battery pack designed for use with the 3M™ Versaflo™ TR-800 Series Powered Air Turbo. It’s intrinsically safe, attaching mechanically to the TR-802E Powered Air Turbo (with tool) to help prevent accidental battery removal and spark risk during use (per EN 60079-11). The TR-803 battery is ATEX Certified, charges quickly and features a charge level indicator for quick visual reference. Quick charging and intrinsically safe 3M™ Versaflo™ Battery TR-830 lithium-ion battery pack is created for 3M™ Versaflo™ TR-800 Powered Air Turbo. This battery is engineered for use in potentially explosive atmospheres and feature yellow bumpers to help absorb impacts. The battery reaches 90 % charge in approximately 3.5 hours and features a charge level indicator for easy visual reference. The TR-838 Battery Attachment Tool (included) fastens the battery mechanically to the Powered Air Turbo to help prevent removal and reduce spark risk during use per EN 60079-11. With a new TR-830 Intrinsically Safe Battery and filter, the TR-800 Powered Air Turbo has an expected run time of 6 to 10 hours depending on the system configuration used. Powered Air Turbo runtime will vary based on battery age, filter loading, filter or cartridge selection, and user selected air flow settings. The battery can provide approximately 750 full charge/discharge cycle equivalents while maintaining 80 % of its original capacity, which is twice the cycle life of standard non-IS 3M™ Versaflo™ Battery TR-630 and TR-632.

The lightweight 3M Versaflo TR-315 starter kit is designed to accompany your chosen headtop. Perfect for applications involving dust and mist hazards. The 3M Versaflo TR-315E system combines performance, protection and functionality with modern, stylish, lightweight design and unrivalled comfort. This lightweight turbo unit fits to your chosen headtop via a breathing tube giving a versatile respiratory protective system for environments with hazardous particles. The unit is worn on a belt and is supplied with a Li-Ion battery for long life that charges quickly with no memory effect, an electronic audible and visual alarm warns of low battery and/or low air flow for extra safety. The downward air inlet enables you to sit while using the unit. The flow rate of 160 litres per minute is constant as the motor compensates for particles collecting in the filter, giving a run time of 10 to 12 hours.
