Visage is a first-person psychological horror adventure game. The debuting Canadian studio SadSquare is responsible for creating the title. The production of the game was supported by an extremely successful Kickstarter crowdfunding campaign, which managed to collect an amount over three times higher than the assumed financial goal. Story Visage is set inside a gloomy house that has witnessed many terrifying events over the centuries. On the property, people murdered their entire families, and going mad - often ended with suicide - was almost the order of the day. Over the years, so many of these events have accumulated that today almost every corner of the house hides the memory of the nightmare that once unfolded there. As you can guess, while playing, the players assume the role of a hero trapped inside the estate.
Although everything around tells him that he should get away from here as soon as possible - to do this, he will first have to unravel the dark mystery of the house. Reception Visage has collected very positive reviews on Steam and the title is a sure promise of rather terrifying entertainment. Players especially appreciate the not so obvious placement of jump scares and the way the plot slowly creeps its way into the human mind, leaving memories of the scary gameplay for a long time. There is also the possibility of playing in virtual reality, which further intensifies the experience of desperate survival.
