Rose Lady of Belgrade is an exceptional floriforous shrub rose from breeder Pheno Geno Roses, created to bring something genuinely different to the garden. Its most striking feature is its intense, vivid orange and pink colouring, complemented by unusual, medium sized softly ruffled petals that give each flower an almost rose-meets-camellia appearance. The densely double blooms are produced in clusters (a floribunda rose), creating a rich, eye-catching display rather than just a scattering of individual flowers. Rose Lady of Belgrade reaches an eventual height of 80cm -100cm with a spread of 60cm, making it particularly well suited to smaller gardens, borders, balconies, terraces and containers. It is also noted for good disease resistance and continuous flowering, helping keep its vibrant colour on show throughout the season. Interesting fact: Lady of Belgrade was officially named Beogradska Dama (“Lady of Belgrade”) during Belgrade’s Orange Week in 2016, celebrating both the rose’s remarkable orange colour and the Serbian capital that inspired its name.
