Create your unique textiles with batik dying. Batik textile dyes are best used on cotton, viscose, linen, half panama, silk, wool, or polyamide. The screw-cap container contains 70 g of dye powder. Take what you need, mix it in accordance with the instructions, and save the rest for later. The more pigment you add, the stronger your colours become. Use 70 g of dye powder per 200g of fabric for strong colouration. Use 70 grs of poweder per 400 g of fabric for a less intense colouration. This batik textile dye paint is suitable for various dyeing techniques, e.g. tie-dye and dip-dye. Always wash the fabric before starting to paint. Fill a bucket or tub with very hot water (95°C), enough to cover your fabric. Add your dye and stir until completely dissolved. Then immerse the damp fabric in the colour bath. NB: Make sure that the dye is completely dissolved before you add the fabric. If not, the results will be spotty or uneven. Leave the fabric to soak for no more than one hour . Rinse your fabric with hot water. Batik dyes do not tolerate high temperatures. Wash your dyed fabric at max 40°C. Wash separately the first time. NB: To enhance the colours and prevent them for wearing off, we recommend you use our Javana fixing agent. Without fixing agent, the dyes will soon wash out.

This textile paint is great, and easy to work with. It has a creamy texture and covers well. The textile paint is water-based and suitable for light-and dark-coloured fabrics made of e.g. cotton, viscose, denim and other materials containing up to 20% synthetic fibres. We recommend that you always wash your fabric before starting to paint. Stir the paint well. When you have finished painting with textile paints, leave to dry for up to six hours before fixing with an iron. Do not iron directly onto your project. Lay a thin cloth over it. When dry, the paint is colourfast and washable. Turn your project inside-out. It is washable at up to 40°C.

Use your marker on already finished projects, or decorate them as you sew. We recommend placing a plastic sheet between your fabric layers, to prevent the dye from staining the underlying layers. The marker is ready for use – remove the cap, and you're good to go. Alternatively, you can pour the paint onto a plate or into a bowl, allowing you more control. The paint is of an excellent quality; a small amount goes a long way. Use this finger paint on both light or dark fabrics, ideally cotton containing no more than 20% synthetic fibres. After use, leave your project to dry for a minimum of six hours, before heat-fixing it with an iron. Cover your project, i.e. with a tea towel or another cloth, to protect it during fixation. The finger paints are suitable for children as young as two years of age.

This silk paint is a joy to work with! Each jar contains 50 ml of highly pigmented paint that you apply to your textiles with a brush. The paint has a runny, liquid texture and is water-based – any unwanted stains can easily be removed. We do, however, recommend placing a plastic sheet underneath your project and between your fabric layers, to prevent unwanted staining. Use this textile paint on silk and light-coloured fabrics, such as cotton, linen, viscose, or textile blends containing up to 20 % synthetic fibres. This paint is suitable for contour, salt and watercolour techniques, and airbrush and spray techniques. We recommend you wash your fabric beforehand. Stir the paint before use. Leave your project to dry for a minimum of six hours before heat-fixing it with an iron. Never iron directly onto the silk; cover both sides of your project, i.e. with a tea towel or another cloth, to protect it during fixation. Your project is now washable - please wash inside out.
