This supplied air respirator assembly, when used with approved breathing tube and headgear, can help regulate the flow and temperature of supplied air system. Heats the air up to 50°F (28°C). Includes the heating tube, waist belt and holder. 3M Versaflo V-200 Supplied Air Heater/Regulator 3M supplied air respirators require a source of clean breathing air such as plant air systems or bottled air. This clean, breathable air can be delivered to hoods, helmets, full facepieces, half facepieces and loose-fitting facepieces. Supplied air respirators offer many features over traditional respiratory protection, such as cooling or heating incoming air; fit testing only required for tight-fitting facepieces; and low maintenance. Complete systems include a supplied air hose, an air regulating valve, a breathing tube, and a helmet, hood, or other facepiece. The 3M Protective Coverall 4565 offers CE Category III, Type 4/5/6 protection, meaning it has an impressive level of liquid barrier protection whilst maintaining its unique soft feel and well-fitting drape. It features taped seams across the suit for better protection and increased durability. Wear 3M Protective Coverall 4565 for a superior barrier to hazardous particles, limited liquid splashes and sprays to Type 4. The fresh white 3M protective coverall 4565 has recognisable red taped seams and meets a variety of standards including chemical protective clothing including EN 14126 Infective agents, EN 1073-2 Nuclear particulate resistance, EN 1149, EN ISO 13688, Type 6 Liquid Splash EN 13034 and Type 5 Dust EN ISO 13982-1. Type 4 Liquid Spray EN 14605. Taped seams reduce skin exposure points through tearing and reduced risk of inward leakage by chemicals or particles. The coverall also offers Til class 2 in Particulate Radioactive Contamination EN1073-2 meaning it has very good particle hold out as well as liquid spray resistance. It's made with a non-microporous PE laminate meaning that it offers chemical protection with permeation tested resistance against certain chemicals. Knitted cuffs, elasticated waist and ankles make the wearer more comfortable and increase freedom of movement, while the ultra-low linting material reduces environmental contamination. Its 3 panel hood design is compatible with additional PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). The 2-way zips and fully sealable storm flaps reduce the risk of skin exposure and protect from contaminants. 3M™ Versaflo™ Battery TR-830 is our lithium-ion battery pack designed for use with the 3M™ Versaflo™ TR-800 Series Powered Air Turbo. It’s intrinsically safe, attaching mechanically to the TR-802E Powered Air Turbo (with tool) to help prevent accidental battery removal and spark risk during use (per EN 60079-11). The TR-803 battery is ATEX Certified, charges quickly and features a charge level indicator for quick visual reference. Quick charging and intrinsically safe 3M™ Versaflo™ Battery TR-830 lithium-ion battery pack is created for 3M™ Versaflo™ TR-800 Powered Air Turbo. This battery is engineered for use in potentially explosive atmospheres and feature yellow bumpers to help absorb impacts. The battery reaches 90 % charge in approximately 3.5 hours and features a charge level indicator for easy visual reference. The TR-838 Battery Attachment Tool (included) fastens the battery mechanically to the Powered Air Turbo to help prevent removal and reduce spark risk during use per EN 60079-11. With a new TR-830 Intrinsically Safe Battery and filter, the TR-800 Powered Air Turbo has an expected run time of 6 to 10 hours depending on the system configuration used. Powered Air Turbo runtime will vary based on battery age, filter loading, filter or cartridge selection, and user selected air flow settings. The battery can provide approximately 750 full charge/discharge cycle equivalents while maintaining 80 % of its original capacity, which is twice the cycle life of standard non-IS 3M™ Versaflo™ Battery TR-630 and TR-632.
